Ronda and I have lived in Peachtree City, Georgia for nine years. We had lived in several other states before living here and we love the southern charm that Georgia has to offer. We have three daughters with our youngest now attending Georgia State University.
I originally grew up in the Texas panhandle. I have a brother that is one year younger than me so you can imagine the trouble we used to get into. After graduating from high school, I joined the US Army where I was an Airborne medic in the 101st Airborne. What an experience that was.

After being discharged from the military I went to college on the GI Bill. It was a great way to supplement my college education expenses. I graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelors degree majoring in Accounting.
I then moved back to the panhandle of Texas where I started working for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. I attended night school to attain my MBA from West Texas A&M University.

I then attained my CPA license in Texas and became a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) while in Syracuse.
I worked in the corporate world for about 25 years mostly in the accounting area. However, I was the plant manager for a 140 person plant in Pittsburgh in which we manufactured the electrical boxes that in the walls of homes behind the switches and receptacles. My last assignment was Controller for a very large manufacturing company with several properties located in the United States, Canada and Mexico in which I had responsibility for.
I now devote 100% of my time to real estate. Whether it's residential, commercial or investment real estate, I am here to assist you. The one thing that I have noticed since being in the real estate profession is that there are several levels of "professionals" out there. Make sure that you find someone that is not part time and actually knows what they are doing. After all, this is a large transaction with a lot of money involved and you want to get proper guidance through the process.
